It does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from the App.

3. What Data Is Collected

We do not require you to create an account and we do not directly collect information such as your name, address, or phone number through the App.

However, the App uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain data for technical, advertising, and analytical purposes.

3.1 Data Collected Automatically

Depending on your device, settings, and consent choices, the following categories of data may be processed:

The App uses Apple Game Center and Google Play Games Services for leaderboard functionality. These services process your player identity (display name and player ID) to display and rank scores. This data is managed by Apple and Google respectively.

We do not attempt to combine this data with other sources to identify you personally.

3.2 In-Game Economy and Rewards

To manage your virtual currency ('Coins') and award coins for viewing rewarded advertisements, the App uses local storage and technical identifiers. This data ensures that your coin balance is correctly updated and maintained across sessions. We do not link this information to your real-world identity.

The App offers optional in-app purchases ('tips') on iOS, processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information. Purchase history is managed by Apple according to their privacy policy.

Data collected through the App may be used for the following purposes:

We do not sell personal data.

For users located in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom:

Ad partners may use technologies such as cookies, SDKs, or device identifiers to deliver ads and measure their performance, in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.

5.2 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, the App will request your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites before displaying personalized ads. If you decline, only non-personalized ads will be shown. You can change this setting at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Tracking.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users located in the EU/EEA, we rely on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:

You may withdraw your consent at any time through the App's privacy or consent settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

The App uses third-party services that may process data independently:

These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in countries outside the European Union.
